Customer Service Administrative Assistant, Tickets Tonight
(5 days per week - 1 year term)

The Customer Service Administrative Assistant, Tickets Tonight is primarily responsible for providing customer service and administrative support for Tickets Tonight within the Experience Vancouver department.

The successful candidate must possess previous administrative experience in a sales and marketing organization and/or ticketing related business as well as have knowledge of and be passionate about Metro Vancouver's arts and cultural community and related events. Demonstrated experience and knowledge with ticketing systems, HTML, social media for business and excellent organizational, administrative and time management skills are a must.
