                                        Which events have half price tickets?

                                        The performances available for half-price change every day. Availability can be viewed online on the day of a performance. We also send out a daily email. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis, starting at 9:00 am, and can only be purchased online. Please note that half-price inventory is limited, and ticket purchases are limited to a maximum of 4 per customer. Most matinee sales stop at 12 noon, and most evening performances go off at 4:00 pm.

                                        The Tickets Tonight is open online 24 hours a day to service your ticketing needs.

                                        What event tickets can I purchase in advance?

                                        Tickets Tonight is a local community box office, offering tickets for many theatre, dance, music and festivals from independent producers througout Metro Vancouver. We work with local producers to ensure the availability of as many shows as possible for our guests. We sell many advance tickets for future performances, as well as some same-day-only half price tickets.

                                        Can I order tickets over the phone?

                                        Yes, full price tickets can be purchased by phone.

                                        Please note:An additional charge of $5.00 per order applies to events when purchased over the phone

                                        If I purchase online (or by phone) how do I get my tickets?

                                        TICKET PICK-UP (WILL CALL)
                                        Tickets purchased online or by phone can be picked up the day of the performance at the event's box office.

                                        We suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the show to receive your tickets and get your seat, as many theatres do not allow latecomer.

                                        For select events, you may choose "print-at-home" as your delivery method. You would then be able to print your tickets on regular paper directly from the confirmation email by clicking on the link provided. You may also access your tickets via the My Account section on ticketstonight.ticketforce.com. Tickets must contain the barcode to be scanned at entry.

                                        Tickets are mailed to the delivery address provided within one week. The mail option is not available 14 days prior to the event.

                                        Please note that your delivery method cannot be changed after your purchase is completed.

                                        What age constitutes 'Senior'? 'Student'?

                                        Typically, a senior is anyone 65+ years of age, students are anyone with student ID, and children are people aged 12 and younger. Please email ticketstonight@tourismvancouver.com for specifics on your event if you are unsure.

                                        What is Tickets Tonight's refund policy?

                                        All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges permitted.

                                        Why am I paying a service charge?

                                        Every ticket we sell includes a service fee, including half-price tickets. Service charges assist us in covering staffing and administration costs at Tickets Tonight. The base ticket price is returned to the producer of the show. Whenever possible, we will quote you the price including all tax and fees.

                                        How do I find out about and purchase ½ price shows that Tickets Tonight offers?

                                        Check our website at www.ticketstonight.ca to see what we are selling. 

                                          Subscribe to our daily email newsletter. It's sent to your address every day, and lists all our specials and daily half price offers. If  you not receive your daily email, please check your junk mail folder.

                                            How safe is my information if I purchase online?

                                            Tickets Tonight uses an Arizona-based company, TicketForce, to transact sales on our web site. All financial transactions take place on a secure server and are transmitted immediately to an encrypted secure database. Please see the security policy for more detailed information.

                                            I can't remember my password; how do I reset it?

                                            Send an email to ticketstonight@tourismvancouver.com and we can reset your password. You may also reset your password via the "forgot password" link on the login page of Your Account. Although we discourage it, you may also set up a new user account with a different email address if it is urgent.

                                            What forms of payment do you accept?

                                            Online or over the phone, you may pay with credit card: MasterCard or Visa.
