Café Medina takes a trip down under by hosting an exclusive Australia Day wine dinner that celebrates select wines that hail from some of Australia’s most famous wine-producing regions on Friday, January 26.  

Here’s an insider’s secret – Australia is in the midst of a ‘wine revolution’ and has earned a dedicated following of wine aficionados thanks to its top-shelf varietals!

Join Café Medina for a four-course feast that showcases a variety of wines selected by Café Medina Manager and Sommelier Jenna Briscoe along with well-known Vancouver wine personality Jason Yamasaki, sommelier for Joey Restaurants’ Group and 2015 Vancouver International Wine Festival Sommelier of the Year, in partnership with Wines of Australia. Wines will be paired with Café Medina Chef Adam Perrier’s signature brand of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine served up in a quaint, bistro-styled restaurant replete with plenty of old-world charm.
