So what can you expect from Carrie's class? Expect the unexpected! In yoga we try to live without expectations. But basically in most of the classes I teach classic Hatha yoga with my own interpretations thrown in, and depending on your level and abilities I will guide you through both basic and more advanced postures with a combination of steady holding and dynamic motion. This will hopefully help you develop strength and flexibility in your body, while giving you a mild workout, which will leave you energized and awakened.
